This home made its first great impression when I first arrived to fly the aerial camera for the property overview shots – not only is it a green, large piece of acreage, but it seems to be “neighbor-proof” being surrounded on all sides by lots that are NOT development friendly or are otherwise occupied. When I walked inside to begin the 3D Tour shoot my jaw hit the floor as I’d forgotten how beautiful a well-loved custom ranch-style home can feel – beginning with the traditional foyer which sets the tone for the entertaining-friendly atmosphere that this home exudes! It’s obvious that the sellers have spent their time and finances in all the right places making this house become a home, from custom flooring, refreshed cabinets in the kitchen and such well cared for exterior – it’s going to be spectacular for whichever lucky family makes it theirs!
